Economic and Financial Crimes Commission says it recovered assets
worth over 11 billion dollars in 11 years. EFCC Head of Media, Wilson
Uwujaren said the commission had handled thousands of cases in the area
of economic and financial crimes.
Mr Uwujaren also said the cases of oil
subsidy being prosecuted by EFCC are on course as over 40 persons and
organisations are currently under prosecution.
On oil theft, he said
EFCC has made laudable strides in checking the menace with assistance of
other law enforcement organisations, especially Navy and Army.
