Tambuwals Defection will not Affect Unity of the Lower Chamber - Members

Some members of the House of Representatives say the defection of the speaker, Aminu Tambuwal, will not affect the unity of the lower legislative chamber.
The legislators expressed the view after the speaker announced his decision to leave the People’s Democratic Party for the opposition All Progressives Congress.
Deputy House Leader, Leo Ogor, said the development will have no major implication on the PDP. In its reaction, the APC caucus in the House led by minority leader Femi Gbajabiamila said it was a good move.
