Joko Widodo has been sworn in as the president of Indonesia, making a call for reconciliation and national unity.
Popularly known as Jokowi, the 53-year-old took the oath of office at a ceremony held at parliament in Jakarta.
US Secretary of State John Kerry and Australia's Prime Minister Tony Abbott attended the inauguration.
Mr Widodo, the former Jakarta governor who was elected in July, is the first Indonesian president not to have come from the military or political elite.
